Are All Saved?

Romans 5:18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
I am not sure I am ready to say everyone is saved no matter what, but reading this verse sure sounds like it could be a possibility.
By one (Adam) judgment came upon all men and by one (Jesus) the free gift of justification of life to all men.
