What It Means To Me

The term DEI is in the news a lot these days, but what exactly is it? I imagine people have different thoughts and ideas about what it is and if it is good or bad. For me, I have a few personal thoughts on the subject. Obviously, this article pertains mostly to those of us here in the US, but can be said about all people everywhere.
DEI, diversity, equity and inclusion, to me sounds like the Bible.
