Good article Eric. I am the same. I think there are a lot of misinterpretations in regard to those who are LGBTQ. Growing up in church we heard the basic hate message, but we need to take the time to check out other views and interpretations. I also had to wonder when I thought about choice. I never chose to be straight, so those who are LGTBQ don't choose either, they are just who they are. No matter what, loving one another and not passing judgment is a more Christ-like way.
