I have heard this lie way to many times. Frustrating.

…an and conservative have become synonymous. In the early 2000s, a friend in college actually mused, “I don’t think it’s possible to be a Christian and a Democrat.” In 2020, “Evangelical” is basically a synonym for “Trump supporter.”
